URBANIFIC ARCHITECTURE STUDIO is an architecture and urban planning practice based in Romania, working across building design, urban documentation, spatial analysis and development strategy. The studio approaches each project through a clear understanding of place, regulation, technical constraints and long-term use. Our work includes architectural design, urban planning documentation, zoning studies, feasibility assessments, visual communication and GIS-based spatial analysis.
We work with private clients, public institutions and interdisciplinary teams, developing projects from the first concept and regulatory interpretation to coordinated documentation, approvals and implementation support. Our practice combines architectural design with urban planning expertise. This allows us to address both the scale of the building and the wider spatial context: access, infrastructure, land use, public space, landscape, mobility, environmental constraints and urban development potential.
URBANIFIC is particularly focused on projects where design quality, planning logic and administrative clarity must work together. We aim to produce coherent, buildable and context-sensitive solutions, supported by clear documentation and a realistic understanding of the approval process. The studio’s work is informed by professional practice, academic engagement and continuous use of digital tools for spatial planning, mapping, analysis and project communication.
